o  Any unopened (still wrapped) CD, DVD, cassette, or software.

We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

The costs for consultations are based upon the option selection.
The fee charged for any consultation is billed for the amount of time spent on the consultation; not for the "content" of the consultation.
